After exchanging tweets on Twitter with Wigan based estate agent Alan Batt, they approached us to help in overhauling the businesses branding, social media, website & new business brochure.
Alan Batt has been a top selling estate agent in Wigan for over 30 years and we were quite excited to work on such a large project for a well established local firm.
Over the past months, we’ve helped to create new branding for Alan Batt including for sale/sold boards which are vastly different from the original ones. Like any business updating their brand identity, the task at hand can be huge, particularly for a well-established business. Places like social media need to be re-branded and In Alan Batts case Zoopla, Rightmove & PrimeLocation lead sites all needed updating to keep within the new brand guidelines.
Once the brand was finalised, we were given the go ahead to re-design & print a lovely A4 12 page brochure that would help the estate agent stand out from the competition. With beautiful photography, copy about what makes them stand out from the competition in a tough industry, the completed brochure is something to be proud of. As we say to all our customers who ask about “Brand Awareness” we’ll always tell them it’s about being everywhere you can! In this case, Twitter worked for both ourselves and Alan Batt and we look forward to continuing working with one of the top selling estate agents in Wigan.
