NW Design celebrated an exciting end to 2014 as Dayle and Simon attended the Heart of England Rally Championship awards ceremony on Friday, 9th January 2015, bringing home the silverware once again.
For the second year in a row, Dayle and Simon capped off the rally season at the top of their game, competing in their trusty Peugeot 205 Rallye. Despite a challenging year filled with ongoing fuel issues that persisted from the very first event, the team showed incredible perseverance and skill. Although the car was down on power throughout the season, Dayle and Simon still managed to secure some fantastic results: first place in their class (up to 1400cc engine size), first place in front-wheel-drive cars, and an impressive 3rd place overall in the championship.
This achievement speaks volumes about their teamwork and determination, even in the face of technical setbacks. The 2014 rally season truly showcased their resilience and passion for motorsport.
As for 2015, it looks like Dayle will be taking a step back from full-time rallying, focusing on select events rather than committing to a full championship. While motorsport will still be a part of his life, he has other commitments to attend to. For those who may not know, Dayle is registered as partially sighted and lives with Nystagmus and Ocular Albinism—conditions that make his accomplishments even more remarkable.

Congratulations to the whole team for an incredible season!
