[Action Required] Remove internal links to the G Suite Domain Contact page for your organization.
As a reseller of G Suite we were inundated with emails from customers who received an email like this. “Dear G Suite Administrator, You are receiving this email because users within your organization may have active links within their documents, websites, scripts, or applications that go to Google’s G Suite Domain Contact page. On August 31, 2020, the Domain Contact page will be removed, since it contains the Admin contact details of Google’s customers. If your users don’t remove internal links to this page in their resources, the links will break as of August 31, 2020, resulting in a “404 Error” code.”

No sooner than the alarming email hit Gmail accounts across the Globe you can always place trust in a Reddit thread to explode with concern over a particular topic, this time the G Suite Domain Contact Page Email.
This particular thread contained comments from none tech savvy people to devs and like ourselves Google resellers.
G Suite Domain Contact Email from Google Is A Mistake?
You can sit back and relax on this one, the email from Google appears to have been a mistake.
On the 31st of August 2020 Google is going to remove a contact page that exists in G Suite because of privacy concerns. The G Suite Contact Page is going away because it contains the Admin contact details of Google’s customers.
Earlier this month, Google announced that they would be rolling out a, “new integrated email experience”, to G Suite users over the next few weeks. The new and improved G Suite by Google promises to unify contacts, content, tasks, and more.
The current change announced by Google in an email today, will affect users who have the G Suite Contact Page connected to their website’s Contact Us page, we can happily say that as a G Suite reseller none of you (Our customers) are affected by this.
If you are, however, using the G Suite Contact Page as the source for your “Contact Us” links, will need to change that. If you don’t follow the email guidelines and update before the 31st of August 2020 anyone who clicks on the link that points to the Google Contact Page will receive an error message, or be directed to a 404 error landing page. This will only affect a VERY small percentage of users.
